This is a social event and is FREE to the public! Amanda will be discussing art journaling and how its good for our own mental health and wellness and how just art journaling 10 minutes a day can make a difference! Don’t know how to art journal? Don’t know what it is? No worries! Amanda will help you get started. Just bring an open mind and we will take care of the rest!

This social is NOT a class, but will consist of a group activity to get you started and you will have access to our art supplies, fun music, and interesting people.

All supplies will be provided. However feel free to bring your own art journal if you have one!
